Anoop Ghanwani


From 1993-1998, I was a graduate student in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Duke University, Durham, NC from where I received the MS and PhD degrees. I did my undergraduate studies in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering at the Government College of Engineering, Pune, India. Before that, I studied at The Bishop's School, Pune and at St. Vincent's High School, Pune.

My research advisor at Duke was Dr. Erol Gelenbe. My research dealt with the broad areas of queueing models and graph models of ATM communications networks, and the application of neural networks to combinatorial optimization problems.
